The 250th episode of Corsten’s Countdown was celebrated with a special 8 hour broadcast, live from the Sirius XM Studio’s in New York, USA on April 11th 2012. During the show listeners could vote for their favorite tracks via the interactive tracklist at www.cortstenscountdown.com (made by Dancefoundation) and eventually submit their top 3′s. At the end of the 8 hour broadcast, Ferry presented the special CC250 Top 10 tracks that were most voted for.

Celebrating the 550th episode of DJ Armin van Buuren’s A State of Trance radio show, 6 big club events were held in London, Moscow, Kiev, Los Angeles, Miami and Den Bosch. During these events non-visitors could still enjoy all the action from the dance floor. With an online radio show hosted by Armin himself, video reports, photo’s and social content delivered to the people at home via the ASOT LIVE event website.

What a night, what a party! For no less than 11 hours, Moscow celebrated the 550th episode of A State of Trance. The 11th birthday of Armin van Buuren’s radio show once again turned into a global happening, with millions of people tuning into the live broadcast and more than 12.000 clubbers partying at Moscow’s International Exhibition Center. With 15 DJ’s divided over 2 area’s, this was definitely a night to remember for a long time!

On March 1st there was a worldwide event to never forget. Armin van Buuren celebrated the 550th episode of his A State of Trance radio show. W&W’s ‘Invasion’ was chosen by listeners of the A State of Trance radio show to be the official theme for this global happening. And for good reason! ‘Invasion’ is the energetic anthem, giving sound to no less than 6 events. With a strong hook, energetic drive and furious bassline, ‘Invasion’ will keep you going, celebrating a highlight in trance music and the career of the one and only Armin van Buuren.

You must have noticed the A State of Trance characters. They’ve been dominating the artwork of A State of Trance for quite a while now and they are created to represent a feeling. A feeling that is hard to explain in words. A positive feeling that can only be experienced on the A State of Trance events throughout the world with the ASOT characters as example or icon if you will.

The mission this year is to spread love for the music. They will be travelling across our planet to make sure we do so! The whole story is brought down to a short movie. We are really excited about it! Therefore the awesome new trailer to give you the first look and feel of the new mission. Be ready to be part of ‘The Invasion’.

The next single of Armin van Buuren’s ‘Mirage’ album is the beloved, feel-good piece of ‘Youtopia’, featuring the unique vocals of Owl City singer Adam Young!

All the way from Minnesota in the US, a warm sounding male vocal found its way on a track of Armin van Buuren’s fourth artist album ‘Mirage’. The remarkable voice belongs to Adam Young, singer of Owl city, famous for synth-pop tracks like ‘Fireflies’ and ‘Umbrella Beach’. Despite the differences in their music, Armin and Adam took on the challenge to create something that combines the best of both worlds, coming together in ‘Youtopia’. A sparkling, vivid track with a positive vibe that’ll get stuck in your head in no-time.

In 2006, Armin van Buuren and SEAT started working together, with the 2011 SEAT’s Next DJ’s contest as one of many great projects. Young DJ talents were given the opportunity to show their skills, with Renvo as the official winner after an exciting competition. After months of touring, promotional activities and collaborating with W&W on single ‘Breakout’, Renvo won the first prize, playing at the Electronic Family festival in the Amsterdamse Bos on July 30^th.

Dancefoundation is responsible for all multimedia productions in this campaign, including the website, video reports, music videos and the Ibiza Experience.
